Marketing Research Assistant

At this time, we are accepting resumes for the position of Project Management Assistant (PMA). The primary responsibility of the Project Management Assistant is to assist the Research Department with marketing research support functions.  This will include checking programmed surveys, preparing field materials for data collection, working with spreadsheets and Access files, creating or editing PowerPoint presentations, and assisting with other survey/data collection materials for various research projects. This position is located in the corporate office in downtown Cincinnati, OH.

 

An Associates degree along with relevant experience in a business environment is required.  A basic understanding of the marketing research process is desired, but not required as this is an entry-level position.  Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.  Knowledge of Access is desired.  The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for numbers with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.  Candidates must be detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities under tight time pressures and contribute as a team player.
