As a Marketing Specialist working in our office located in downtown Colorado Springs, CO, you will provide support for planning, budgeting and execution of all direct marketing programs for our training and membership opportunities. Experience with direct response marketing, both online and print, will prove critical as you take part in execution of programs from start to finish. From messaging and content to delivery and performance tracking, you will have a hand in it all, and your polished communication skills will allow you to work efficiently across multiple departments to achieve successful campaigns. Your detail-oriented nature and impressive multi-tasking skills will be instrumental as you manage multiple email and direct mail campaigns simultaneously. Experience with Microsoft Excel and any web-enabled reporting tools - such as Lyris, DreamMail, or another listserv - will assist you in compiling the reports that will detail the success of your campaigns. Working knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools - while not necessary - will be helpful in assisting in design and coding of emails.
