The Member Care Associate is a valuable asset in our member based organization. The Member Care Associate provides complete Member Care services to all Member/Owners of Aquatech Corporation to ensure total member satisfaction as to the processing of purchase orders, tracking shipments, returning goods and communication between members and vendors. Your interactions with our Members are a direct reflection upon our esteemed reputation throughout the industry.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 1.)  Ensure orders are processed accurately as per member submissions (via fax/e-commerce) and/or vendor acknowledgements. Manually enter orders submitted via fax or email. Process orders from E-Commerce Site. Verify part numbers, pricing, and quantities with vendor and/or member. Verify that orders meet vendor guidelines (i.e. order minimums, prepaid freight dollars amounts). Review vendor acknowledgements for accuracy against Aquatech purchase order (i.e. part numbers, pricing, ship to addresses, shipping method). Revise Aquatech purchase orders as per vendor and/or member request. Fax/e-mail orders and acknowledgements to vendor/member.

 

2.)  Ensure member satisfaction Interacting with members via telephone and email. Clarifying member issues and resolving issues in a timely manner. Track orders or assist in expediting orders as per member request.        

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Process Return Goods Authorization requests. Manage incoming fax folder. Manage vendor acknowledgement folders. Reports member/vendor complaints or issues to Member Care Manager.

 

ACCOUNTABILITY:



The Member Care Associate reports directly to the Member Care Manager and Member Care Supervisor.  This position will be accountable for member support in all aspects of the order process.

 

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GED. Minimum 1 year Customer Service Experience.   Experience in Industry preferred but not required.

 

SKILLS Computer literate, including working knowledge of MS OFFICE, Windows, and the Internet. Strong communication skills. Excellent people skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to quickly move from one task to the other. Must have a strong work ethic and excellent listening skills.
