Membership & Billing Representative (TPA/Insurance)

Zenith Administrators is a large, national third party benefits administrator committed to consistently meeting or exceeding our client expectations.  We provide a full range of benefit administrative services for multi-employer, single employer and public employee benefit plans.  We are currently seeking a Membership & Billing Representative for our growing Seattle office.

 

You will perform employer contribution accounting and deliver top quality telephone customer service related to billing, eligibility and COBRA.  Your level of experience will determine your level in the job progression. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents and deliver top quality telephone customer service and perform basic math and knowledge of the 10-key calculator.  Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize is an absolute must as is intermediate level skills in Word and Excel.  Knowledge of COBRA laws is a plus.  This is an hourly position with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours/week.
