Microsoft Software Developer

The ideal candidate would have the following skills and characteristics:

1. Must be energetic and self-motivated
2. Understanding of software development processes
3. Experience building systems with Microsoft Access, .Net, ADO.NET, COM, ASP and ASP.NET, C# and VB technology
4. Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance
5. Experience using XML technology a plus
6. Can work independently or in a team environment
7. Understanding of building database systems in a SQL environment preferably SQL Server
8. The ability to communicate clearly
9. Familiarity with accounting software a plus but not required
10. Familiarity with Financial Applications a plus but not required
11. Friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with clients
12. Sharepoint development experience
