Job Title: Mobile Facility Manager/Engineer 

Job Summary: Manager will be solely responsible for the timely start-up of new IFM accounts in multiple commercial environments. Plan, schedule and administer both pre and post sale stages of the facilities out-sourcing contract. Work with the operations team on new and existing contracts. Travel requirements will be 60% – 100%

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develops long range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements and documentation for facility.

Inspects plant and evaluates use of space and facilities.

Plans, budgets, and schedules facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for repairs or projects.

Performs audits to support facility planning.

Formulates and coordinates program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documents.

Inspects construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications.

Oversees and directs maintenance personnel and workers engaged in equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.

Responsible for development and implementation of financial budgets and service level agreements for new properties.

Implement best practices with regard to vendor and/or subcontractor management.

Act as a liaison between appropriate client contact and internal operating functions or vendor and/or subcontractors.


Analyzes firm's HVAC systems, computer network wiring, lighting, and other factors.

Flexibility to travel based on new business demands Monday through Friday.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. 


Demonstrable proficiency in MS Word, and Excel, with reasonable ability to learn JD Edwards or similar CMMS type system.


Demonstrable experience recruiting, developing and managing people.


Proven high-level organizational skills as well as the ability to communicate and present at all levels of the organization.


Record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
