We are a licensed mortgage banker and broker with the ability to offer our clients a wide variety of programs including FHA. Our loan officers earn between $65k-$100k first year. Top producers are easily earning over $100k. This is strictly a commission job with unlimited earning potential! Must have a strong desire to excel and excellent closing skills in order to succeed. SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of two years mortgage loan officer experience, or demonstrated sales/marketing skills in another industry with potential to transfer those skills into mortgage origination
Familiarity with mortgage rules, regulations, and procedures The ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal skills Computer Literate Valid Drivers License
