National Account Manager / Salesperson

MiLe LLC is a Technology and A/V Company. We are looking for an intelligent, friendly, hard-working, detail oriented person to be a sales assistant reporting to the VP of Sales. Responsibilities: - Support National Accounts Manager through the entire sales cycle. - Provide excellent, friendly and polite phone customer service to customers. - Co-ordinate with Vendors on orders, logistics & delivery. - Create Quotes, Invoices & Purchase Orders in QuickBooks. This job is very computer and phone intensive. The person we are looking for is efficient, precise, well spoken, friendly, and intelligent. Knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook is required. Knowledge of Quickbooks required. Knowledge of ACT is a plus, but we will train the right person. There is a lot of room for growth and opportunity for rapid promotion.
