Job Description

A leadership and management position that oversees a growing total population health consulting practice for employers from 500 employees to >100,000 employees.

 

Primary Responsibilities

Position provides leadership and management expertise to 8-15 direct reports.

 

Multi-million dollar revenue and P&L responsibility.

 

Client facing position interacts with senior medical, human resources and employee benefits personnel.

 

Requires strategic planning and consultative sales skills that enable on-site services, incentive administration and employee health engagement activities to succeed.

 

Provides direct support for achieving success of on-site health promotion programs  

 

Significantly contributes to program design, market positioning and product promotion.

 

Qualifications

A minimum of 7+ years of experience in health and productivity programs delivered at the worksite.

 

Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.

 

Track record of industry success in employer–based health promotion, wellness, employee benefits, incentive design, measurement and medical cost management programs.

 

Working understanding of data analysis including enrollment, medical claims and health risk data.

 

BS, MS/MBA in Health, Business or related field.

 

Self-starter entrepreneur that’s comfortable executing a vision and still willing to roll up their sleeves.
