New Accounts Training Specialist

About the Opportunity

ASF International is looking for a motivated, organized, career minded individual for the New Accounts Training Specialist. You will be working in a high-paces environment and will guided by charismatic leaders who will inspire you to achieve the extraordinary. 

 

Purpose of Position

Schedules and performs training sessions on ASF processes, ClubPRO 3000® Software, and integrated products, as well as Online Business Centers for new clients over the Internet and telephone. Periodically conduct on site and offsite training classes. Provide superior and timely client service as it relates to ASF products and services, member questions, trouble shooting accounts, file transfer issues, etc. 

 

Major Responsibilities

·  Schedule and perform all training for new accounts in a timely manner over the phone, Internet and/or in person.

·  Build and maintain dynamic professional relationships with clients.

·  Consult with clients to help them grow their business.

·  Respond to all client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

·  Research and resolve issues regarding member accounts, file transfers, software, etc.

·  Assist in the development of training processes; both internal and external.

·  Regularly contributes ideas and suggestions for improvement of job processes or job satisfaction.

·  Submit weekly progress reports to Manager in a timely manner, assist on projects as requested.



 

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

·  Applicant must have previous training and client service experience.

·  Must be professional, organized, detail oriented, and able to perform trainings with minimal supervision.

·  Must have above average communication skills, both verbal and written, and must be able to think on your feet.

·  Must apply critical thinking to resolve client issues. 

·  Must have the ability to handle a variety of tasks concurrently.

·  Must promote a team environment.

·  Internet and Windows knowledge is a must.

·  ACT 2000, MS Word and Excel a plus.

·  Basic office skills such as PC skills, spreadsheets, email, and fax operation needed.
