New Business & Renewal Manager
Key Benefit Administrators, A Division of The Key Family of Companies, the nation's 5th largest Third Party Administrator, is currently seeking a New Business & Renewal Manager for our Fully Insured Products to work in our Fort Mill, SC office located approximately 8 miles South of Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervision, direction, guidance and coordination of training of personnel charged with the daily flow and processing of new case implementation, call center enrollment, document compliance and renewal business for fully insured products. Will be held accountable to lead and direct staff to ensure corporate expectations are met and the delivery of world class customer service to our clients and agents. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervises staffing and sets the bar to ensure corporate performance expectations are metEffectively monitor inventory of all workloads to include development and monitoring of appropriate action plans to maintain established benchmarksEnsure that department meets or exceeds all performance guaranteesAssist in coordinating and managing any external audits for his/her specific areas with Audit Manager. Oversee the compiling of necessary documentation for auditsProvide coaching of staff to improve production, quality, team relationships and behaviorMotivate and promote Key Benefit Administrators' mission and strategyMeet regularly with staff sharing corporate, department, functional and where applicable, one-on-one information/feedbackStrategically plan staffing needs to meet all operational objectivesGuides identification and resolutions to problems which arise with customers, agents and external vendors
