OFFICE ADMIN!

This position provides day to day assistance to the Executive Offices of a financial institution.

Day to day administrative and clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, preparing letters, distributing mail, typing, coping and answering phones.

Set up meetings and may attend meeting to take minutes.

Travel arrangements, track expense reports.

Special projects as needed.



 

General knowledge of administrative duties, knowledge of a financial institution a plus.

Word, Excel, Powerpoint, outlook and the internet.

Strong communication skills, able to work overtime if needed.
