Office Administrator/HR

Frankel Staffing Partners is currently recruiting for a very bright, highly capable, experienced office professional to join our team.  We are a small, well-established, quality-focused firm in the Raleigh area.  We take great pride in the high level client service and specialized recruiting efforts we provide, and we are looking for an Office Administrator who shares and is able to demonstrate these same values.

This is a highly diverse, highly valued role within our company.  You are the first contact most of our clients and associates have with us, and, therefore, professionalism, patience and a willingness to go the extra mile is needed.  This position supports the entire recruiting and management teams with a wide range of responsibilities including: front desk phones and meet & greet, candidate assessments, testing administration, reference checks, personnel file input and maintenance, payroll support and various other HR related tasks.  You are also the eventual point person on many Operations functions such as: supply maintenance, mail distribution, systems troubleshooting with our tech contacts (phones, computers, equipment, etc...), and overall office maintenance needs.

In addition to HR and Operations tasks, this role handles many special projects including: website updates, Internet research projects, client correspondence, spreadsheet creation and maintenance, and other administrative support to both the recruiting and business development needs of our team.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone who likes working with people, enjoys administrative work, and takes great pride in their role as the integral support person for the team.
