SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:

This position performs general managerial duties; serves as a liaison to customers, and is responsible for coordinating employee duties, initiating jobs and invoicing.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle Inquiries of Customers/Customer Relations. Delegate Flow of Office Information/Paperwork Invoice Processing Initiate Correspondence to Customers and Follow up on Open Projects. Coordinate Employee Duties/ Supervising.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Requires strong organizational skills; the ability to multitask in a busy environment; interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact with customers and fellow employees; Self Starter; Enthusiastic about the prospect of helping a growing small business; High School Diploma or GED
