Job Description
ResponsibilitiesAssist in Billing, Credit and Collection, End of Day Cut Off, Filing, Telephone, and any other operating functions in connection with the CenterEnsure Accuracy in all accounting entries affecting the center and retread plant profitability.Ensure proper use of all center assets.Responsible for inventory controls and compliance with Company Policies and government regulationsReview daily sales reports any significant changes in gross profits, inventories and potential bad debt losses.Assist in all maintenance of personnel records in compliance with federal and state regulations, company policy and monthly-required OSHA record keeping documentation.Actively participate in teams in center.Understand and execute company policy and procedures.Compliance with OSHA regulations and safety requirements pertaining to this position.Other tasks as assigned
Basic Requirements
Must have Experience in Excel and other various business computer applications Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screen as a condition for employmentAble to pass a criminal background check
Minimum requirements
Superior communication and project management skillsAbility to take affirmative action, identify and solve problemsAbility to direct and accomplish responsibilities through others.
