On-Premise Manager

 The On-Premise Manager works on our client’s premises.  The role requires a proven track record in management, candidate sourcing, recruiting, multi-tasking, client interface, employee relations, excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective time management abilities.  The function of this role is to work closely with numerous client departments to determine hiring needs, develop departmental profiles and thorough job descriptions in order to identify qualified staffing associates to fill a variety of specialty positions through effective recruiting, interviewing and screening processes, and ensuring successful placements of temporary, temporary-to-hire and full-time candidates. The On-Premise Manager will oversee the recruiting team and ensure the matching of qualified candidates to positions, monitor job performance and staffing associate satisfaction. The position requires a consultative mindset, ability to juggle multiple priorities and the ability to grow & expand client relationships to better position Ultimate Staffing at the client location.

 

 

Role Requirements:

 

·               Minimum two years recruitment and customer service experience

·               A Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred

·               Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

·               Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.

·               Effective oral and written communication skills

·               Ability to interact with all levels of management

·               Working knowledge of MS Office products

·               Account management background preferred

·               Staffing industry experience preferred
