Perform a wide variety of duties involved with providing direct on-site customer service through order editing, pricing, quoting, data entry, expediting, put away of components /supplies and electronic fulfillment of customer purchasing requirements. Some  light lifting required

 Essential Functions

 

Coordinate computer order entry, inventory control and material put away for client companies.

 

Coordinate outside sales representatives with customers through engineers, technicians, other requisitioners.  Act as liaison between customer and iPower members preparing presentations to customers, members, suppliers and franchisers. 

 

Assist customer & iPower members by identifying opportunities, coordinating and verifying pricing, delivery, fit, form and function requirements.

 

Maintain customer database including pricing, stockroom location, reorder points, report generation and performance measurement

 

Track and audit client invoice non-conformance, report errors and coordinate with member and customer to resolve problems.

 

Prepare pricing quotations and correspondence and convert quotes to order entry upon acceptance.

 

Prepare regularly scheduled performance reports on delivery, open orders, invoice acknowledgments, etc.  Participate in scheduled reporting and production meetings.

 

Coordinate pre-edit of invoices and evaluate summary for accuracy as appropriate.

 

Establish and maintain catalog libraries at customer site.
