Job Summary 

We are actively pursuing motivated, highly-organized personnel to join our fast-growing, energetic securities law and regulatory compliance consulting firm.  The most qualified candidate should be detail-oriented, able to stay focused and organized while demonstrating the ability to manage, and execute operational tasks.  We are looking for a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and high energy, multi-tasked environment with an emphasis on analytical thinking, organization, communication and prioritizing work.

 

Skills & Qualifications

 

· Manage vendor relationships including procurement and review.

 

· Improving efficiency and processes of established procedures though evaluation and training.

 

· Manage all firm facilities including security access, fire emergency program, parking accommodations, and cleaning service.

 

· Work in conjunction with IT Department in implementing new software and hardware.

 

· Work in conjunction with Front Desk staff to ensure adequate coverage.

 

· Superior organizational skills by keeping files and work area organized.

 

· Manages time effectively by utilizing work plans to prioritize competing and interdependent tasks while meeting deadlines.
