Operations - Pasadena

We are currently seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER for the Pasadena, Glendale, Hollywood markets to work within a fast-paced, multi-location environment. Direct field experience in either the service, retail or hospitality industry is required. This position requires an individual with strong oral and written communication skills who is comfortable working independently. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organization skills are a must. Individual should possess the ability to present and communicate information effectively.

ResponsibilitiesOversee Operations including organizing and implementing operational procedures and policies. Manage client relationships and correspondence. Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Interviewing, hiring, training & disciplining of all personnel. Help grow our unique organization and culture.

QualificationsUndergraduate Degree or commensurate experience. Previous operations management experience. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Able to multi-task. Strong attention to detail.
