Job Purpose:



 

Looking for an Administrative professional for a Johnson and Johnson Medical Device Company.  Job responsibilities will include managing all billing and contract procedures for the Columbus and Cincinnati markets.

 

Duties:

 

* Interfaces daily with physician and hospital customer base, sales representatives and corporate contacts.

 

* Enters orders by inputting data into the order system.Verifies customer pricing.  Researches and resolves any pricing discrepancies.


* Requests and follows-up with customers and sales representatives to obtain proper billing Purchase Orders.

 

* Enters customer contract details into the order system.Verifies customer pricing.Monitors contract updates and changes.

 

* Performs functions as needed to ensure accurate inventory control and management.

 

* Achieves and exceeds all performance metric goals related to position.

 

* Develops and maintains a professional, courteous and responsible relationship with all customers and sales representatives.

 

 

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office programs required (Outlook, Word and Excel specifically).

 

Ability to type 50 wpm.  10-Key skills a strong plus.
