Operations Specialist, Member Voice

Corporate Executive Board We are seeking an outstanding Operations Specialist to work with our Member Voice team.  Member Voice is a central resource across all of CEB that is responsible for capturing and understanding the ‘voice of the member’. The Operations Specialist will work directly with senior leadership and liaise with divisional teams to help them understand how to incorporate member feedback into their product and service plans.  Key responsibilities include: Partner with Franchise Management across all job responsibilities, including oversight of program initiatives as delegated by management and executive committees (often with Executive Leadership exposure). This support ranges from planning to implementation to success tracking. Data Collection and Analysis:  provide data on how various business units compare to the other business units and/or the firm as a whole.  This will involve the use of excel formulas in order to distill information analyze responses, look for correlations and then provide summaries.  Primary resource for providing technical and analytical support to leadership; supporting senior staff ranging across Senior Director, Managing Director and Executive Director levels. Independently manage assignments from senior leadership.  Customer Loyalty Campaign Management - Build, prepare and manage the quality of the database of contacts. Manage the customer loyalty survey through the use of Lyris including troubleshooting as well as tracking and reporting on response rates.
