Order Management Entry

Position Purpose:

This person will key contracts into the computer system and proof contracted advertising. Will support and assist supervisor with assigned tasks and duties.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Basic computer skills

· Close attention to detail

· Other duties as assigned

 

 

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED

· Type: 65+ wpm minimum (Must be tested through the Department of Workforce Services)

· Excellent editing, proofing, English and spelling skills

· Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

· Demonstrate ability to work effectively under pressure within tight deadlines

· Timely, accurate and efficient follow-up and project turnaroundProject management, organization and multi-tasking skills

· Positive, energetic, professional and works well with others

· Ability to react to change productively and handle other assigned tasks as required.

· Must be able to work overtime
