Department:  Operations

 

Reports to:  Operations Supervisor

 



Primary Objective:

Assist with assembly of orders and batches to ensure the department

Meets all quality benchmarks and processing deadlines. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

¨ Assembly of both reward orders and batches while maintaining department accuracy

 Goals and processing deadlines  87%

¨ Process Federal Express requests for other staff members 3%

¨ Assist with shredding old documents 2%

¨ Assist other departments with projects such as internet research 3%

¨ Weigh and sort US Mail 2%

¨ Order and redemptions entry 2%

¨ Proofreading 1%

 

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

 

¨  Detailed oriented

¨  Demonstrated ability to use computers efficiently and effectively

¨ Organizational skills including time management and prioritization

¨ High School diploma or equivalent
