Job DescriptionLocal Business Solutions Company is currently seeking Order Processing Representative, who will have three or more years experience in a fast-paced inbound call center or closely related environment.  Any disputes, claims or questions, are handled by the OPR as they are the first line of communications with the clients/customers. Order Processing Representative  may be responsible for:  Trace shipments when necessary. Order entry, tracing, and follow up with clientele Quote, administer and facilitate services Work with customers, suppliers, and various shippers to route, pick-up and/or trace shipments as necessary. Resolving problems and maintaining an ongoing professional relationship with the customer and vendors. Issuing customer requested and internal status reports. Data entry of customer orders Investigating status of existing service requests or initiating a new order by confirming and entering the appropriate customer and data request. Escalating problems and concerns beyond the ability of the OPR to an immediate supervisor or manager. Effectively communicating with customers and their suppliers as necessary. . Requirements Job Requirements HS Diploma or equivalent One to two years in customer service experience in a fast-paced inbound call center environment or closely related experience Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision with a high attention to detail Strong analytical, oral/written communication, customer service, and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Typing skills 35-40 wpm highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
