Organizational Change Management (OCM) - Senior Consultant/Manager

Position Description:  

We are looking for an Organizational Change Management resource with 3-5 years of practical experience in one or more of the following areas: change management, organizational change assessments, business process redesign and implementation, organizational development, training design and/or delivery or communications/PR.

 

This role will require the ability to play across multi-disciplinary fields including project management, organizational readiness assessment, communications planning, adoption planning, business process redesign and strategy development. Qualities such as being a 'Team Player' and a 'Go-Getter' coupled with a strong capacity to work in a fast-paced, ever changing business environment are equally desirable.

 

We are seeking individuals with the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).

• Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; business process redesign and implementation.

• General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy.

• Project management: lead small teams of 1 - 3 resources (both consulting and client employees).

• Ability to travel up to 80%

 

 Job Related Skills needed:

• Organizational Change Assessment - experience in assessing an organization’s ability to adapt to process or systems changes through mechanisms such as focus groups and surveys

• Communications/Marketing - audience assessment, communications strategy, planning and execution, communication program development and execution

• Training - skills and training needs assessment; program design, development, and delivery, including both traditional instructor-led training as well as web-enabled strategies and technologies

• Organizational development - organizational analysis and design; individual/team development; group facilitation; leadership development and coaching

• Training - skills and training needs assessment; program design, development, and delivery, including both traditional instructor-led training as well as web-enabled strategies and technologies

• Communications/Marketing - audience assessment, communications strategy, planning and execution, communications channel analysis, marketing program development and execution

• Strategy - strategic planning; strategy facilitation; enterprise performance management (balanced scorecard)

• Business process analysis and redesign - strong business analysis skills; business process redesign and implementation

• Participated in at least one major large-scale change management initiative (100+ impacted individuals, over extended periods of time)

• Strong Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Visio.
