The Development Consultant Supervising Associate provides support for facilitation, change management, coaching and other organizational effectiveness (OE) consulting expertise for the National Tax or Human Capital People Team. Assists in implementation of the people strategy and priorities. Assists in the successful implementation of key, high-touch people processes and initiatives, in line with the business strategies. Applies knowledge of programs and processes to facilitate implementation that fully meets business and people needs. This individual may directly assist in the development of scope, cost and schedule of simple projects, including establishing reasonable deadlines and outlining action steps to be taken. Responsibilities Serves as a resource in National Tax & Human Capital for facilitation, change management consulting, training, communications, organizational listening and other OE consulting and support. Provides cross practice implementation and communication support to people initiatives, programs and processes, including ( but not limited to): Balanced Scorecard Global People Survey PeoplePoint processes Inclusiveness programs Performance Management Onboarding processes and exit survey evaluation Learning initiatives Coordinates with other people team members including, people team leaders and people consultants to understand the needs and effectively support specific businesses and people. Researches leaning needs, communicates and collaborates with learning consultants Coordinates with multiple resources to ensure learning events are well organized Serves as a resource for information, programs and processes developed in the COEs Researches and recommends career coaching support for employees Decision making is limited to fairly routine functional activities With guidance, applies consultative approach model to identify and address business needs. Provides implementation suggestions regarding people processes and programs in collaboration with People Team. Duties are varied in scope and require a working knowledge base to perform. Able to analyze information, data, resources, etc. to provide a summary of suggested options To qualify, candidates must have:a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience approximately 4-7 years of related work experienceKnowledge and SkillsBasic to intermediate (greater than basic) capability in the following key skills:Project management, data and information analysis, supporting and leading change, strong organizational skills, time management expertise and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work effectively in teams and handle multiple priorities Understanding of the firm and relevant businesses is required. Demonstrates understanding and application of principles and practices of the human resource professional discipline. DC-Washington, DC
