This career opportunity has the responsibility for providing project management and reporting expertise as a member of the Organizational Development team, within the Southeast People Team of Ernst & Young in Atlanta. The Project Manager will be directly involved in managing projects pertaining to: orientation and onboarding, people metrics reporting and analysis, Southeast People Advisory Forum, professional development programs, and communications pertaining to organizational development programs and initiatives Primary Responsibilities:Manage and oversee new hire orientation sessions and elements of the onboarding process. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Work closely with other local, regional and Americas resources as the single point of contact for the Southeast. Create monthly retention reports and provide high-level analysis of retention results for consideration of current or future people initiatives. Manage the execution of annual employee survey, and supply results to Southeast People project team Assists in identifying and meeting organizational development needs and developing and maintaining project and communication plans. Provide project management expertise to activities of the SE People Advisory Forum. Manage and oversee on-site learning and development events and classes. Design and manage 19 minute call series. Serve as point person for HR Business Intelligence for the Southeast. Collaborate with Americas Learning and Development team regarding local implementation of firmwide programs and initiatives. Other projects as required for the Southeast Organizational Development team. Knowledge and Skills:Knowledge of and experience in using project management methodology and tools. Ability to develop and execute communication plans. Ability to effectively present information to large audiences. Knowledge and experience in process mapping and process improvement methodology highly desirable. Verifiable experience in HR data analysis and demonstrated ability to provide and communicate insight based on results of analysis. Experience planning and executing programs and training initiatives.Key Attributes: Ability to build rapport and develop effective and collaborative working relationships. Ability to work and contribute in a team environment. Flexibility and adaptability in addressing the changing needs of a dynamic work environment. Results- and quality-oriented with ability to multi-task. Proactive and motivated self-starter.To qualify, candidates must have:Bachelor's degree. Experience in HR project management, at least 3-5 years preferred. Highly advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience in collecting, analyzing and reporting people metrics, at least 1-2 years highly desired. Demonstrated track record of success in providing quality work and results in a dynamic, professional work environment. Proficiency in HR databases and systems a plus. Experience in speaking before groups. GA-Atlanta
