Qqest Payroll Services, a time and attendance software and payroll services provider seeks a highly energetic, professional salesperson to help grow payroll sales business.


RESPONSIBILITIES:Contacts businesses throughout Denver and neighboring states to grow sales in product and service offerings.Develops sales and marketing plans to achieve objectives and quotas.Meets with prospective clients to assess needs and present product offerings.Closes sales showing how products provide solutions to prospect needs.Builds client/prospect data base and networks recording names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects solicited.Maintains customer database, prepares reports, send letters, and literature as needed.Meets or exceeds sales quotas.

 QUALIFICATIONSTwo or more years demonstrated successful sales experience.  Prefer prior payroll sales experience.Prefer Bachelors or Associates degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.Ability to call and prospect business clients demonstrating strong phone and in-person sales skills.  Ability to listen and assess prospect needs and clearly match needs with product solutions.Ability to persuade and influence prospects to purchase product and sign agreements.Is aggressive at finding new prospects and assessing their needs.Demonstrates confidence and poise in presentations and interpersonal communications.Demonstrates knowledge of the features, uses and competitive values of Company’s products and services.High customer value added focus and service.Knowledgeable in payroll, time keeping systems and insurance is preferred.
