Outside Sales – TTNLearning Account Executive

 

TTNLearning is offering a unique Outside Sales position in the Employee Training Industry. This New Business Development position is responsible for new client development, prospecting for new opportunities, working with current clientele on contract renewal, training implementation, and expansion of current services.

 

The TTNLearning Account Executive will be responsible for targeting opportunities, developing relationships and working to understand the business issues behind corporate training initiatives. Using the knowledge from the discovery process, the AE will be responsible for presenting suitable learning solutions and closing new accounts.

 

A team of Inside Sales people, as well as a Customer Support team, work directly with the Account Executive to support client needs. Account Executives take the lead in the customer care process to provide support from the initial contact through the entire customer relationship.

 

TTNLearning is currently seeking talented sales people to join our team who:

·  Can quickly build rapport with prospects and internal team members

·  Are self sufficient and driven to succeed

·  Can identify new sales opportunities as well as nurture current relationships

·  Are comfortable presenting at the C-level

 

Initial compensation is based on a salary + commission basis with projected first year earnings in the $55k-$60k range, with approximately 80% guaranteed and 20% leveraged based on sales activity. Account Executives also receive a comprehensive benefit package.

 

Responsibilities:

·  Prospect - Generate new customer appointments via cold-calling, warm calling, networking and leveraging existing relationships.

·  New Business Development - Mastery of a strategic selling process, including need identification, discovery of business impact of specific needs, and navigating a companies buying process.

·  Activity - Maintain a high level of measurable sales activity including both one on one and large group presentations.
