This means the need for strategic decisions are more important than ever, and the demand for professionals with business outsourcing advisory consulting experience grows daily.   We are seeking a Manager who has a solid consulting background and full life cycle knowledge of Outsourcing and Offshoring. The individual must possess the ability to: determine core vs. non-core functions of a company; analyze and present value-added recommendations for using outsourcing and knowledge in structuring outsourcing deals.  A Manager should have managed sourcing projects including the category dynamics, the vendor capabilities, and the vendor/category selection process. The candidate will lead the day to day interactions with service and technology providers within the context of OAS sourcing projects and must demonstrate key understanding of vendor's capabilities relative to products and services. Experience with the negotiation phase and experience and understanding of all terms and conditions of standard OAS services MSA and SOW will be required as well as SLA development and negotiation experience.  The candidate will be required to contribute to the OAS practice by regarding toolkit development and refinement as well as methodology. Must some possess experience with ITO / BPO / ADM transactions.  A Manager at Deloitte Consulting LLP will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. A Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing senior client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.  A qualified candidate must have 4 to 7 years of industry and or consulting experience. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred. University degree required.
