Overnight Operations Manager

Top of the Rock, Observation Deck at Rockefeller Center is looking for an experienced Overnight Operations Manager who will manage and oversee the entire overnight operations in an effort to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, cleanliness, compliance, schedule adherence and economic goals.

 

Essential Functions:Assure a safe, clean, pleasant, professional and efficient experience for our guests Prepare staffing schedules for porters - Adjust schedules on a day to day basis as required, being sensitive to budget and operational requirements Handle all aspects of personnel integration into the operation Monitor contractors including painters, repair personnel, security personnel, and technicians Work directly with the special events department to ensure that the event space is returned to “normal” at after any events
