The Senior Client Service Representative Floater is responsible for completing complex administrative projects, training new client service representatives, covering for staffing shortages within a cluster of nearby business locations, and providing multi-center reception, administrative, and operative support.  ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES· Market/perform revenue-generating services, such as word processing, preparation of spreadsheets/presentations, other typing/creative projects to/for clients. · Conduct new client orientations while relationship building as an effort to build the awareness and usage of administrative support/services.· Serve as a point of contact for all clients, guest and prospects ensuring that their needs are identified and handled timely and professionally.· Schedule conference rooms, catering and equipment rentals utilizing the appropriate system (i.e. Time Trade, Titan, etc.) while maximizing suggestive selling techniques to increase revenue & return business.· Troubleshoot basic technical issues, including software and T1 lines.· Program phones, explain telephone features and voice mail programming to clients, as necessary.· Ensure conference rooms and common office areas are continually kept neat and orderly.· Assist with office set-up, furniture moves and general floor maintenance as needed.· Serve as back-up support for other team members, as needed. ACCOUNTABILITIES:· Revenue generation through administrative services· Suggestive selling, through up-selling services & meeting rooms· Stellar customer service· Center readiness/appearance MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS· Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively/efficiently independently or with minimal supervision.· Strong administrative experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with the ability to confidentially suggestive sell these skills.   (Skill Set Testing Administered)· Ability to present/maintain a pleasant and professional appearance and demeanour.· Strong communication skills & experience with problem solving confrontational client relations.· Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively/efficiently independently or with minimal supervision.· Strong customer service skills, including the ability to remain flexible in high pressure or continually changing situations.· Ability to operate office equipment/technology including multi-line phones, computers, printers, fax machines, scanners, postage machines and copiers.· Typing ability of 45+ words per minute (Skill Set Testing Administered)· 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, with administrative duties· High school diploma or equivalent.
