Paid Search Marketing Specialist

Our thriving, innovative company has an opening for a Paid Search Marketing Specialist in our metro Detroit location.  RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Implement, actively manage and optimize multiple paid search campaigns based on specific ROI goals Foster strong partnerships with search engines and other partner relationships to uncover unique opportunities Utilize resources and tools to maximize and optimize keyword lists, test creative messaging, and uncover the most relevant results Work with marketing, metrics, sales, IT, and other teams (both internal and external) as needed to develop and use measurement tools to determine effectiveness of bid/campaign management Provide reporting and analysis for departmental metrics Drive and challenge resources to get the best ideas and workREQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising or related area Six months or more related experience in search consulting agency, search engine company or internal marketing group Experience working with metrics modeling and evaluation Excel expertise Strategic thinking abilities Excellent attention to detail Strong sense of urgency Ability to work on a team and drive several projects at once Ability to break down complex analysis into simple to understand summary statements Good mix of creative energy matched with love of data Creative problem solving-skills Ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to achieve resultsCOMPENSATION/BENEFITS: An excellent benefits package that includes a 401k match, medical, dental and vision. APPLY NOW:Send resumes to jobs@fathead.com Please include salary requirements.Equal opportunity employer.
