Part-Time Call Center Agent

Job Description:

Harte Hanks is currently looking for part-time talent to join a growing Technical Support Call Center Team in Texarkana, TX. As part of this team, you will be a key member of the support group and be responsible for making each customer experience outstanding. You will be responsible for the customer relationship and ensuring the utmost in customer satisfaction. A combination of being a quick learner, good listener, articulate, patient, and possessing the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries while maintaining a pleasant disposition makes you an ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity! Excellent career growth potential!

Primary Duties:

- Effectively troubleshoot customer problems with a variety of products

- Accurately and thoroughly document issues and resolutions, along with customer demographics, into the client database

- Research information and deliver back to customers in a timely manner

- Follow documented procedures for problem resolution

- Successfully communicate processes and policies to ensure a positive customer experience

- Control conversations while displaying empathy and understanding - Positively and professionally communicate with customers in various situations

Required Skills:

- Customer Service

- Troubleshooting

- Good Communication skills (written & verbal)

- Listening and Comprehension skills

- Sit for long periods of time

- PC skills Type 35 wpm minimum

- Multi tasking (typing while navigating different interfaces and talking)

- Must be able to read and write English

- Call center experience a strong plus

- Bilingual - Spanish/English a plus

Part-Time Shifts Are:

Monday - Thursday, 2pm - 8pm

Monday - Friday, 3pm - 8pm

Monday - Friday, 11am - 8pm
