This high profile/high visibility position will recruit sales professionals for mid-level business development positions and technical recruiters for Oxford Global Resources West Coast offices.
DESCRIPTION
Major Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for Oxford Global Resources Regional and Branch Managers to fill internal staff sales and recruiting positions
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Oxford managers, community organizations, colleges and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Create and foster relationships with diverse industry professionals and organizations to attract and recruit candidates with an established record of exceeding goals
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
- Prescreen candidates in accordance with established screening and interviewing guidelines
- Prepare candidates for interviewing with Oxford and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and performance expectations
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate role within the consulting industry.
- An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, direct recruiting, qualifying, networking, assessing, presenting, and relationship management
- Proven track record of exceeding goals
- A Bachelors degree is required
- Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
- Ability to present new recruiting concepts to management
- Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level if need be
- Ability to travel locally as required
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
