Description

Our prestigious Society of Pool Building & Retailing Professionals is seeking a top-notch front office receptionist. Part-time hours are M-F, 7am-12pm.





Essential Responsibilities and Duties Include:

Professionally answer calls with courtesy and accurately direct callers to appropriate individuals or departments Welcome and assist office guests with a smile Manage mail procedures; Separate and add invoices, credit memos, early buys and posting to the daily summary; Post and drop off all outgoing mail, including marketing materials, newsletters, etc. Participate in various special projects as designated by management Fold and stuff all outgoing invoices, checks and some marketing materials Electronically receive and distribute incoming faxes for the Administration Department Assist in maintaining supplies and organization of kitchen products and amenities Preserve a tidy and presentable front office area at all times

 



Required Qualifications: Computer literacy with Microsoft Office experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, management and Society Membership Positive, friendly and outgoing attitude Previous work experience with favorable references
