Part-Time Title Vault Agent

Shift your career!  FDI Collateral Management is a best practices focused Vehicle Title Administration company, dedicated to effectively managing both paper and e-titles. We are looking for a part-time Title Vault Agent to join our growing team. 

 

Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, the primary responsibility of a Title Vault Agent is to locate and pull the correct vehicle titles from the title vault, authorized by the client, for purposes of mailing the title out to the registered or legal party within contract service level agreements. Additional responsibilities include a variety of tasks to maintain the title vault, i.e. sorting, filing, batch deactivating, completing special pull requests and condensing client files.

 

 Primary Responsibilities:Locate and pull released titles from batch folders using the pull reports, maintaining an average pull rate of 450 per day and accuracy of 99.9%.Appropriately initial and tally all completed pull reports and turn in.Assist other Title Agents in locating missing titles or batches as needed.Sort and file new batches in the vault by Client and Batch number, maintaining a 99.9% Quality Level.Deactivate empty batch folders.Identify and re-file returned titles in the correct batch and update the Online Title Tracking System (OTTS) as appropriate.Complete special pull requests, including pick-up and delivery as assigned.Condense file folders by client as needed.Assist in other departments as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent.Ability to effectively use a color coded numeric file system.Attention to detail.Ability to work with others in a confined area and share resources.Basic PC skills in a Microsoft Office environment a plus.

 Abilities Required:Requires standing, sitting, bending, reaching, pulling files, and climbing step ladders.Ability to work in a closed and secured environment with no windows.Ability to work overtime as needed. 

Work Hours: Monday-Wednesday 6am-2:30pm OR Monday-Friday 8am-1pm
