Part-time Office Assistant

The Chicago Training Facility is seeking a PART-TIME Facilities Assistant to provide general office and front desk support for our Chicago Technical Training Facility. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  Good verbal and communication skills

·  Ability and desire to interact with various people in a friendly manner

·  Customer service experience a plus

·  Prior experience working in a Training Field a plus but not required

·  Must have the ability to multi-task and deal with problems that arise and escalate these if necessary

·  Familiarity with MS Word, Lotus Notes, Word Pro and Data Entry.
