Our client, an insurance and financial services company in the Chapel Hill area, seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant to support one of their Senior Financial Service Representatives.Schedule is 25 flexible hours per week.
The ideal candidate offers good office experience, a flexible, helpful demeanor and strong attention to detail. We need a sharp, capable, highly professional assistant to work within their brokerage division. Superb organizational skills must be complemented by outstanding client service skills, an adaptable, effective communication style and astute problem solving capabilities.Successful candidate is comfortable taking direction, and working independently.
Position is project-focused and includes a variety of responsibilities such as: maintaining client files, typing correspondence, preparing presentations, updating investment portfolios, calendar maintenance, etc... Ability to manage projects, deadlines and details in a fast-paced setting is needed. MS Office proficiency required.
