Parts - Agents provide customer service and process orders for appliance and electronics home product parts. Retail Support - Agents provide customer service and sales to customers calling Sears store locations. Our successful agents use passion, commitment, courtesy and professionalism to deliver a proven message on an outstanding set of products.
