As Payroll Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for processing payroll. Responsibilities will also include:· Reconciling payroll sub-ledger to the general ledger· Remitting payroll taxes and government reporting· Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll statements· Daily activities through financial reporting· Forecasting· Budgeting  Qualified payroll professionals will possess:· 3+ years of Payroll Administrator experience · Advanced Microsoft Excel, MAS500, Intermediate Accounts Payable, Basis MRI, and Intermediate Payroll - 100+ Employees, Basic Ceridian Dos, Basic Ceridian Windows· Excellent communication skills· Proven attention to detail· Ability to maintain confidentiality Only those candidates meeting the above requirements will be contacted.  No relocation or visa sponsorship is planned for this position.  Ricoh Americas Corporation offers a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, medical/dental, 401(k), pension plan, and more.  As part of our pre-employment process, we require that applicants agree to submit to drug and background screenings.
