Peoplesoft HR Business Analyst

Informatica is looking for a highly motivated individual committed to delivering quality solutions to support our HR organization. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive business relationships throughout the business community and IT, consistently adding value back to the business by leveraging your thorough understanding of the customer's business, their processes, and their priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:Providing functional support for the IT managed HR Applications including PeopleSoft HR and Benefits; and the Global FTO, Management Development, and New Employee Orientation custom, web applicationsDriving the design, testing, deployment and post-production maintenance phases of the IT managed HR systemsLeading departmental projects such as the implementation of a HR Employee & Manager Self-Service SolutionPartnering with the HR community to identify their business requirements, produce functional specifications and design documents, and manage the implementation of those specificationsPartnering with technical team members to troubleshoot issues and design solutions to customer requestsDeveloping, documenting and performing system, integration, and user acceptance testsAnalyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for process improvement, and guiding the business in the establishment of effective and efficient business practices Participating in IT Applications projects, including cross-functional projects serving as the PeopleSoft HR representative

Required Skills :

 Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience as a PeopleSoft HR AnalystDemonstrated experience and knowledge of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, use case development, and test plan development and executionDemonstrated knowledge of HR business practicesExperience working with a global implementation team
