Members of our customer service teams have theopportunity to personally improve customers’ health care experiences on adaily basis. Much more!  May perform any or all of the following duties: Generate outbound faxes and perform calls to obtain or clarify physician written orders.  Perform accurate and complete review, data entry, and processing of physician written order information. Perform outbound calls to members to resolve order or payment issues. Document order activity, and identify appropriate action to take depending on refill status, physician and patient information.
