Paychex Premier Sales Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Paychex Premier Human Resources is an outsourcing service offered to Paychex clients. Premier brings to its customers a wide variety of Paychex products and resources: Business Tax Service, COBRA Administration, Direct Deposit/Readychex/Access Card, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Garnishment Payment Services, Handbook Services, HR Services, HR Representatives, New Hire Reporting, Payroll Service (All Inclusive Service), Personal Attention from HR Representatives, Safety Service, Section 125 - Premium Only Plan (POP), State Unemployment Insurance Service (SUIS) and Taxpay.
Premier Sales Representatives
Call on existing Paychex clients to SELL human resource outsourcing services consisting of employee handbooks, workers compensation administration, cobra, employee management tools, state unemployment services, safety programs & compliance tool
Build & maintain referral relationships with accountants, current payroll sales team, and current benefits sales team
Sales professionals will receive world class on the job training including two training sessions totaling three weeks in our corporate accredited training and development center, University of Paychex, in Rochester, New York. Paychex offers a competitive compensation package including, base salary, commission, bonuses, expense allowance, 401(k) plan, a Stock Purchase Plan, and tuition reimbursement.
First year earning potential is between $65-90K.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a minimum of 3 years business to business outside sales experience!
Track record with proven sales success
Strong communications, networking, and relationship building skills
Willingness to prospect via phone and in-person to bring in new business
Experience in PEO/Leasing/Outsourcing highly desired!
