While run like a small entrepreneurial business, Behavioral Analytics™ has become a major growth business unit of eLoyalty which has built a strong Service Offering around Cisco’s Unified Contact Center Enterprise products (UCCE). Bookings in this area have increased ~300% over the last two years! The innovative nature of Behavioral Analytics™ has enabled eLoyalty to strengthen its Partnership with Cisco and establish strategic relationships with key clients in the Health Care and Financial Services industries.
Behavioral Analytics™ has widespread applicability to create new forms of Analytics for Customer Service, Sales, Operations and Marketing. We have built strong traction in the first 12 months of marketing this service as evidenced by the signing of several large contracts with Fortune 500 companies. eLoyalty’s pipeline of new Behavioral Analytics™ opportunities is rapidly expanding and we believe the size of the market it is creating could be in excess $1b. We have a blue chip set of investors who believe that as Behavioral Analytics™ gains traction, the upside potential for the Company and its employees will be very significant.
As a publicly traded enterprise with over 450 employees company-wide and offices in Lake Forest, IL, Austin, TX and Edina, MN, the Behavioral Analytics™ business unit is ~110 employees. We seek a Principal / Sr. Principal to help build and drive our product management efforts for Behavioral Analytics™. Driven and inspired by the significant early success of the Behavioral Analytics™ capabilities, eLoyalty needs to recruit an exceptional individual to further develop and commercialize this segment of business. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to assist with the delivery of our present and future offerings to the marketplace.
This position reports to the Vice President of Product Management and Innovation. The location will be in downtown Chicago or at corporate headquarters in Lake Forest, Illinois, a suburb on Chicago’s North Shore.
· The overarching responsibility of the individual recruited to this key role will be the successful development of the product management function. This will include developing the process (flow, key inputs and outputs, prioritization criteria, weighing changes to existing functionality versus new functionality, decision-making process, etc.), figuring out how to make it big, highly visible (both to the company and clients), and the cornerstone function behind Behavioral Analytics Product Management & Innovation. This will also include the development and communication of the development roadmap to the company, clients and investors.
Key responsibilities include:
· Assist in developing world class expertise regarding how to manage product and innovation initiatives that are directly impacting clients while taking our offering to the next level
· Help build this knowledge into a core strategic differentiating competency for eLoyalty relative to competitors
· Leverage this knowledge/competency to drive widespread adoption within the Behavioral Analytics™ business unit
· In partnership with eLoyalty’s technology team, build and lead a process to manage capacity constraints and workload while driving our development bandwidth against the right priorities
· Contribute to the direction and evolution of the Behavioral Analytics offering as part of a small tight-knit team
· Importantly, we are seeking an entrepreneurial, energetic, business strategist and implementer who, with the VP of Product Management & Innovation and others at eLoyalty, can build this innovative capability into a highly successful business, as measured by significant client/market impact, revenues, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will be:
· Degreed in Computer Science or Software Design/Engineering; MBA is a plus
