Previous strategic sourcing experience a benefit.In conjunction with the Senior Director, develop and implement global sourcing strategies for the LOB to achieve significant ongoing safety, quality, execution and commercial improvements and assist in the development of project-specific contracting plans. Be the primary owner of Fluors intelligence on LOB markets and contractors, material pricing trends, supply/demand and other market variables that impact the supply chain. Share these insights as appropriate to drive value to SCS Clients, Fluor projects, Fluor Clients and SCS. In conjunction with the Senior Director and Business Development Team, build strong value-adding relationships with Fluor Business Unit Management, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction to maximize SRA usage wherever they bring value. For each SRA holder assigned to this position: serve as their primary contact, maintain knowledge of capabilities and limitations, understand cost structures and cost drivers, assure success of the SRA program by managing their Execution Plan, work to reduce costs to serve projects, promote supply chain efficiencies, provide feedback on performance, and look for additional consulting opportunities.Assist with LOB related project problem resolution in a highly proactive and responsive manner. Communicate (comfortably and effectively) across all organizational levels within Fluor, Clients and SCS Clients.QualificationsDegreed Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
