Our philosophy is to provide simple compliance solutions that keep our customers safe. HSE Systems, a 3E Company, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager. This position is located in our Massillon, OH office.

 

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales representatives as a technical consultant and product expert during sales discussions and presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients as part of on-site and online sales presentations.
• Present new features to existing clients as part of user group sessions and individual client best practice meetings.
• Provide product descriptions and content for proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs.
• Create custom Scope of Work (SOW) and proposal documents for software implementation and related projects.
• Formulate recommendations for product development enhancements and new products and services offerings by monitoring industry needs, as well as prospect and client requests.
• Manage timelines with Product Development to ensure new products and services, and enhancements are released on schedule.
• Work with Marketing to ensure product-related promotional materials and website copy are current and effective.
• Create and maintain industry point-of-view presentation materials.
• Work with Client Services for the transition of projects from sales phase into project management phase.
• Participate in initiatives on value quantification, product profitability, and long term visionary product development.

 

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years EH&S business experience required, preferably in MSDS authoring and hazard communication field.
• Experience using MSDS authoring software systems preferred.
• BA/BS required.
• Professional communication and presentation skills (oral, written).
• Willingness to travel; position requires approximately five (5) days of travel per month.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail with strong organization skills required.
• Advanced computer/software skills.
