Product Manager, DJ Insight & Text Mining Job ID: 210003Overview:The Product Manager, DJ Insight & Text Mining will be responsible for driving the results of DJ Insight’s public relations workflow offerings. The candidate must possess product management / marketing skills and experience with web-based product solutions and experience in public relations or providing services to PR is desirable. The Product Manager will work very closely with Marketing and Sales to optimize commercial success. This position reports to the Business Champion, Insight & Text Mining.Position Description: Summary: Candidate must be able to assess consumer needs, identify market opportunities, define detailed business specifications, and work within a cross-functional team (design, product development, sales, and marketing) through the product lifecycle. Candidate must be highly motivated, detail-oriented and possess outstanding communication skills• Perform market analysis including market research, product metrics, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to drive the product strategy and commercial success of DJ Insight workflow offerings. • Define and prioritize business requirements and commercial plan; execute product releases • Drive product development life cycle, business requirements definition and product vision• Coordinate product positioning and go-to-market plans with sales and marketing organizations • Work with product development teams to define product vision, create design concepts and implement releases • Drive revenue growth to meet targets. Work proactively with Sales, Marketing, customers and partners to gain traction in the market via customer meetings, tradeshows and other client facing opportunities. Position Requirements:• Experience defining requirements, formulating business cases and business models, and identifying new market opportunities through competitive analysis and researching user needs • College degree and minimum 4 years experience working in a technology related organization, with Product Management, Marketing or Technical Sales. • Ability to identify, monitor and optimize DJ Insight opportunities in target market. • Ability to successfully challenge existing methods and contribute to innovative solutions. • Excellent presentation skills • Understands the public relations and corporate communications industry and practitioners workflow • Proven ability to translate knowledge around a user’s workflow into ease to use products that save users time and enhance their decision making.• Creative, dynamic, technology savvy.Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 10%
