Product Solutions Account Sales Representative

As a full service technology company, CommTech provides IT/IS planning, design, and implementation service ranging from single-project consulting to partial and full outsourcing for corporate information staffing and systems. Our information technology practice is thriving and we are looking to add a highly motivated sales professional to our team. The ideal candidate will be a success motivated IT knowledgeable self starter who can uncover and identify customer needs in a business to business environment and successfully present and sell our professional service and product offerings. Commtech’s core product solutions include: ShoreTel VoIP, CISCO Networking, Aruba Wireless, Packeteer WAN Products, Dell, and other “Best-of-Breed” partners.

Duties and responsibilities for this position include:
·Aggressively identify, qualify, pursue and close self generated sales opportunities
·Develop customer and business networks to provide short and long term sales prospects
·Perform consultative selling to new and existing customers identifying product and professional service offerings to best suit the customer’s needs and business opportunities
·Follow-up sales activities; telephone, written and in person contact
·Identifies, communicates and prepares scope of work, proposals, rate schedules and appropriate internal documentation
·Meet and/or exceed sales and growth performance goals
·Maintain a cutting edge approach to sales and services development by continuously improving skills and product knowledge
·Resolution of all customer issues
·Contribute to and optimize team concept and customer strategy, technology direction and customer satisfaction
·Development and maintenance of sales projections and participation in budgeting process
The successful candidate will have proven sales abilities and responsibilities along with the following requirements:
·Strong business to business and market development skills
·Ability to communicate customer business issues and opportunities to Executives
·Establish effective communications with appropriate executives regarding customer business issues and opportunities
·Solid business experience to include business/market development skills; prospecting, qualifying and closing
·Strong technical aptitude; IT centric but business focused
·Experience selling Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions, networking hardware (Cisco, Nortel)
·Knowledgeable with information systems solutions from Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, HP.
·Excellent time management, communication, decision making, human relations, presentation and organizational skills
·Professional appearance and presentation required
·Experience providing innovative solutions to clients and prospects
·Proven track record of account development and management
·History of quantifiable sales/account success
·BS Degree or comparable equivalent experience
·Prior selling experience in the VoIP market- A REAL PLUS!
