Production Control Assistant

The Nations Leader in storm damage repair has an immediate opening for an Assistant Production Manager in our Fort Worth Texas Office.

 

As a Production Assistant you have various responsibilities which include:

  Implement safety policies and procedures in Manage work flow to ensure maximum productivity Review production schedules to establish priorities Ensure quality of work Train, coach, motivate and counsel employees to ensure performance goals are achieved Handle operational issues to ensure work orders and expectations are met Reduce material waste Resolve worker grievances Work hand and hand with Crew leaders and Sales Consultants

 

The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with the potential to advance into further responsibility. Experience in a fast-paced or a BS degree in Management preferred. Computer knowledge a plus.

 

Must be available and willing to work first or second shift and Saturdays.
